We have chosen to have a destination wedding on the island of Oahu at the lovely Moana Surfrider!

We have many fond memories of the Moana and not only wanted to return to start our new lives together there, but to also share the magic of Oahu and the Moana with our friends and family.

Because we love the Moana and Oahu so much, and because we want to spend as much time as possible with our loved ones, we will also enjoy our honeymoon there!

We met through our friend Cathy.

We were Cathy's best friends, yet we had never met. She knew we both loved the outdoors, great adventures, the tropics and that we both have and appreciate quirky senses of humor.

She pushed, cajoled and finally convinced us that we needed to meet. It truly was love at first sight (which says a lot since our first date was zip lining with lovely helmets on our heads!) and we both wondered why Cathy didn't make it happen sooner!

Never the less, we are both so glad she did bring us together!
